RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • If the customer decides to return or exchange the products they ordered, they will be given days starting the date the item is delivered and received by the customer
  • The product is defective (a.e. damaged, stained, defected or incomplete).
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • Online purchases made at our website cannot be returned in-store until being coordinated with our customer service team. Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and/or refund to be made. In some cases, our customer team may route you to our nearest branch for an exchange.
  • The above policies are only applicable on local delivery (within Pakistan). International shipments may call our customer service to coordinate on how we can help on the best possible way.
  • Refund may be given if and only if no alternative can be offered to exchange the product due to customer preference.
  • In the case of REFUND, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. 
  • Processing refund is 7-10 working days minimum depending on the mode of payment.
  • Customized orders that includes alterations and made to measure products are not refundable or exchangeable. However, if you received an incorrect measurement you can send us pictorial evidence of the error in alterations and we will try to fix the issue. (Extra charges may apply for International shopping.)

Undergarments, fragrances, cosmetics, jewelry are neither exchangeable nor returnable.

Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

How to apply for RETURN/exchange?

  • To return an item, please email us at [email protected] with the return reason and order details. 
  • Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to 2204, B2B Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.
  • Please note that the return of the parcel will be bearded by the customer. We urge customers to be check the details of the order carefully to avoid inconvenience.

how much time will i wait?

  • Fatims Designers strives to keep any return process within 5-7 working days upon receipt.
  • During busy periods please allow us up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
