Shipment Time  

• Fatims Designers Pakistan strives to process and dispatch your orders upon confirmation within 24 hours.
• Estimated average delivery time across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days and International order is 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination after the order has been dispatched.
• In order to get the optimal time of deliver, we request your availability on the schedule time and contact number provided to our team to reach you.
• During sale or any event, delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log, and mobility restrictions on the areas where events are held.

Shipment Charges

• We offer Free Delivery for all the orders above AED 200 within UAE.
• For orders below standard delivery rates will be charged based on the Payment method:
  • Cash on delivery: –
    • Dubai: AED 10
    • Sharjah AED 15
    • Ajman AED 15
    • Al Ain AED 20
    • Abu Dhabi AED 20
    • RAK AED 20
    • Fujarah AED 20
    • Umal Quain AED 20

• International delivery varies from country to country depending upon the location the product will be delivered. To calculate shipment charge you can select any product and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimated delivery charges (doesn’t include any taxes & duties).
• Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery by the courier.

• Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
• Fatims Designers Pakistan cannot be held accountable/ liable for any lost parcel, late delivery and/ or collection caused by third-party postal/courier companies.
